I was born in the South and raised in the small town of Constantia in Upstate New York, where I discovered early on that hard work, hospitality, and good food would always be part of my story.
My culinary journey brought me to Montana to work at Mountain Sky Guest Ranch, where I fell in love with the landscapes, ranch culture, and joy of creating memorable meals for guests. I later continued my career in Austin, Texas, working alongside talented chefs who challenged me to grow and inspired new creativity in the kitchen.
Today, I bring those experiences to Auster, where I love preparing thoughtful, locally inspired dishes that bring people together. When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me exploring the outdoors with my dogs and searching for my next adventure.
